  • What is the difference between a hotel and a serviced apartment?
    Typically, serviced apartment operates on fully furnished apartment units ranging from studio type to a larger size (four-bedroom), with kitchen, chinaware and electrical appliances. Facilities and Services include 24-hour guest service, daily maid service, linen and towel change, as well as TV, radio, stereo, refrigerator, etc). Leasing term is flexible for both short-term and long-term.
  • Do you provide limousine service?
    Yes, B.S.Court offer both pick-up and drop-off limousine service from/to Bangkok International airport. The service costs 900 bath a trip for Van (capacity 5-persons maximum).
  • Where can I find your limousine driver when I arrive at the airport?
    After leaving the custom counter, you will approach the exit, then turn right . The driver will wait for you , holding your reservation name.

Contract and Room Rent:

  • What do I prepare for an application and the contract?
    It will depend on the type of contract you desire (corporate or personal). Refer to the section on "Contract information" for more detail.
  • Is there a discount for long-term contracts?
    Yes, discounts are available for contracts over 3 months. Please contact one of our representatives for details.
  • Is there a family discount for long-term guests?
    Yes, discounts are available for family of long-term guests. Please contact one of our representatives for details.
  • Will the deposit be refunded? If so, when?
    Deposit will be fully refunded approximately 1 months after you vacate the unit.
    (note: If any damage or blot found when moving out, repairing cost will be deducted from the deposit.)
  • Can I pay Deposit with credit card?
    Deposit payment unavailable.
  • Can I pay room rent and other expenses with credit card?
    Credit Payment unavailable.

    Pay cheque to “B.S. New Extension Limited” (no service charges).

Facilities and Services:

  • Can I speak to the staff in English?
    We have international staff who will assist in English.
  • Do you have a telephone direct line?
    Yes, it is upon request. However, if you wish to request the line for Internet connection, we provide Internet connection outlet in every apartment. Only you have a computer set and LAN card to get connected. The Internet connection and usage is free of charge.
  • Do you provide baby sister and baby cot?
    No, we do not provide baby sister service. But our guest service at lobby could give you information on the service. However, baby cot is available upon request.
  • Can I bring pets to stay with me?
    No, we do not have a policy allowing pets in the property.

  • How can I use your in-room Internet?
    The connection is quite easy as long as you have a computer set and LAN card. Those who do not bring a computer with you, you may get connected at our Internet booth at lobby floor.
  • How far are your properties from BTS stations?

  • Are parking spaces available for cars, motorcycles or bicycles?
    Parking space availability varies by facility. Please contact one of our representatives for details.
  • How do I make a reservation?
    You may easily make a reservation via several channels:

  • What do I do if I do not receive a confirmation of my on-line reservation?
    Within 3 business days, you should receive our confirmation. If you do not have one, please contact our sales office at sales@bscourt.com
  • How safe is your on-line reservation when I give away my credit card information?
    Rental payment is made through Siam Commercial Bank' Secure Socket Layer (SSL). The SSL encrypts all given information; as a result, it is not readable. B.S.Court database does not obtain and store any of your credit card information.
  • How can I cancel my reservation?
    In the case your business trip is postponed and your reservation is confirmed. You may consider a cancellation of your reservation. The cancellation can be made through this web site, e-mail to sales@bscourt.com or fax to 662-287-1786. All cancellation is subject to penalty. A penalty of cancellation equivalent to one night rent is applied to the cancellation made less than 3 working days before the check-in date (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Thai's public holidays).
